Hall Equities Group has been retained to manage three industrial properties in Richmond, CA totaling more than 550,000 square feet. The properties were previously managed in house and for the first time ever ownership decided to outsource the management duties and selected Hall Equities Group for the task. The properties include 401 1st Street (62,736 square feet), Rheem Industrial (409,411 square feet) and 2200 Central Street (96,245 square feet). Key tenants include Annie’s Annuals, Terra Outdoor Living and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
