The property management division at Hall Equities Group acquired a new management account, the Dina Honda/Lamorinda Portfolio. This portfolio includes 19 new assets consisting of 116,547 square feet of rentable space and spans multiple asset types including retail, office, multi-family, single tenant triple-net, and hospitality. Most of the properties are located in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, with other locations throughout Northern California. We are excited to bring these properties on board as we continue to grow our property management division.
