Hall Equities Group is pleased to announce that is has signed a new multi-year lease with Loma Linda University for 26,323 RSF to be used for administrative offices. The deal is one of the largest new office leases to be signed in the Inland Empire in 2011, and takes the entire third floor of the 104,000-square-foot Hall Equities Group Class “A” office building known as 268 W. Hospitality Way, San Bernardino, CA.
