Rick joined Hall Equities Group as a Construction Superintendent in 2011 and now serves as the Director of Facilities for the company and its affiliates. He has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry and has managed all phases of construction for everything from seismic upgrades to commercial builds and renovations to high-end custom residences and remodels.  Having learned his craft from the ground up, Rick is well versed in construction management, project management, scheduling, and budget maintenance, and has extensive experience managing crews in all trade disciplines.

As the Director of Facilities, Rick is responsible for managing capital expenditure projects to efficiently utilize company funds to acquire or upgrade assets. Rick works closely with the property management team to assess the state of assets within the company’s portfolio, identify outstanding property or equipment issues, assess the urgency of repairs and updates, and assist in preparing budgets for work planned. He also provides guidance and support during the bidding and contract process for complex improvement and upgrade projects.
