Kelsey joined Hall Equities Group as the Forward Planning Manager in 2017. Prior to joining the company, she spent four and a half years as a project manager for a large home-building company, overseeing several multi-fam­ily residential developments in the South Bay.

Kelsey oversees the preliminary design, site planning, due diligence, enti­tlement, and permitting processes for various development projects by Hall Equities Group, Hall Sports Ventures, and ZMC Hotels. She leads the internal and exter­nal project design teams, performs project feasibility analyses, and coordinates cost and revenue information to prepare project proformas. Her role frequently entails serving as a liaison with local, state, and federal regulators.
