Todd is an energized finance and management executive with over 30 years of experience in a diversified career of finance, accounting, risk, administration and management in both the private and government sectors. In the CFO role, he currently oversees all aspects of accounting, payroll & benefits, cash management, human resources, risk management, tax oversight and information technology over the four diversified company verticals comprised of Hall Equities Group (commercial property development, ownership and management), ZMC HOTELS (47 hotel portfolio of select service properties), COPA Innovation Laboratories ( cutting edge sports venture, training and assessment technology) and Modology (modular singular affordable housing units). He leads a staff of 18 professionals operating in multiple areas and enterprise platforms. In his role he works to improve team culture, create value, cut costs and create efficiencies to increase enterprise value for our investors. Over his career he has held positions of President, EVP / Chief Financial Officer, EVP / Chief Operations Officer in affiliate enterprises and other organizations.
