Accounts Payable Specialist
Renee Hayes joined ZMC Hotels in February as an Accounts Payable Specialist, with 20 years’ experience in the Accounting field. Prior to joining ZMC, Renee spent 17 years as an Accounts Payable Specialist for Supercuts where she was responsible for paying the bills for 56 salon locations!
At ZMC, Renee is responsible for bill payment for 13 properties –nine branded hotels and four independent hotels across six states. Despite the change in industry from salons to hospitality, she finds herself on familiar ground with bills and franchise fees to be paid and managers calling her up to ask questions. Renee is an enthusiastic, self-starter who loves to train and mentor people. She said she has already trained two people in her short time at ZMC.
When she’s not working, Renee enjoys shopping, cooking, craft fairs, and spending time with her two young adult children, a son and daughter, of whom she is very proud. She plays 1-on-1 basketball and soccer with her son and enjoys cooking with her daughter. Renee is a big fan of the Food Network, and especially likes watching Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay.
