Nohemi’s journey with Hall Equities began in 2017 when she joined as a Property Manager. With 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry and a background as a lease-up Property Manager and Real Estate Broker, she has held various roles and deeply understands the rental market and the needs of both property owners and tenants.
In 2023, Nohemi transitioned into the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager, where she supports the Portfolio Manager in developing leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations processes, as well as analyzing financial data to identify areas for improvement. Her primary focus is on managing operations for multi-family residential and self-storage properties. She works alongside her team to provide exceptional service to residents while maximizing returns for property owners.
