Construction Accounting Manager
Nicole first joined ZMC Hotels in October 2019 as a GL Accountant, then in August 2020 she was promoted to Accounting Manager of Construction & Development with Hall Equities Group. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience with 8 of those years in Project and Property Management Accounting.
Nicole’s current portfolio includes multiple industrial, commercial,and office/mixed use properties. Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily, weekly, and monthly accounting processes for her properties, as well as assist various Project and Portfolio Managers. She also enjoys training, empowering, supervising,and mentoring employees in all accounting processes and procedures.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California.
