In 2016, Nick joined Hall Equities Group as the Director of Leasing and has honed his expertise, and experience in the industry, and now serves as Director of Industrial Operations & Leasing. He has over fifteen years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career in brokerage and later transitioning to the landlord and development side of the business. He has held positions that cover an array of skillsets: asset management, leasing, project management, and property management.

Nick is responsible for all direct day-to-day operations, and aspects of leasing for the company’s industrial portfolio. He oversees all facets of negotiations, document preparation, and execution processes, and plays a key role in developing and implementing leasing strategies.

In addition, he operates as project manager on capital improvements, as well as on tenant improvements to maximize speed from lease to rent commencement for his portfolio. He directs a team of property managers on all maintenance items, and third-party vendor services. Nick is also responsible for asset budgeting and maintaining financial reporting. On behalf of Hall Equities Group, he has direct client & investor communications for the Industrial portfolio.
