Construction Project Accountant
Marian joined Hall Equities Group in 2023 with 9 years of construction project accounting experience. Prior to joining HEG, Marian was the Project Accountant for a General Contractor/Developer where she managed accounting on multiple custom home builds.
As a Construction Project Accountant with HEG, Marian is responsible for the overall accounting and reporting for a portfolio of properties including month-end close, bank reconciliations, and GL account reconciliations and oversees bank draw requests and provides construction accounting for hotel upgrade projects, new hotel construction and development properties.
Marian holds a bachelor’s degree in English from CA State University, Sacramento.
