April joined Hall Equities Group as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Office & Industrial Properties in September 2021. She brings over six years of property management experience within the industry of commercial office and industrial properties.
As an Assistant Portfolio Manager, April supports three Portfolio Managers–Lisa Drummond, Nick Zankich & Chris Thomas. In total, they over see over 28 commercial properties in the Bay Area, including industrial and offices/mixed-use locations. Her duties include lease administration, common area maintenance, and tenant and vendor relations. She also collects rents, pays invoices, manages cash flow, and prepares year-end reconciliations for each property.
