Amanda joined Hall Equities Group in early 2021, bringing 13 years of experience in the Multi-Family industry, specializing in leasing and portfolio management. Amanda maintains knowledge of current market trends, housing laws and regulations related to the property management industry.
As Portfolio Manager, Amanda is responsible for management operations of Hall Equities Group’s Multi-Family and Self-Storage portfolios nationwide. Her focus is asset cash flow and revenue management, property operations, personnel management, annual budgeting, monthly financial performance narratives and the development of policies and procedures to streamline workflows.

• License Real Estate Agent with the State of California
