Teresina joined Hall Equities Group in 2015, bringing 16 years’ experience managing a mixed variety of assets including multi-family, residential, and commercial Class A high rise properties. Specializing in the multi-family segment, Teresina maintains knowledge of current market trends, housing laws, and regulations related to the property management industry.

As Portfolio Manager, Multi-Family, Teresina is responsible for management operations of Hall Equities Group’s multi-family residential portfolio nationwide. Her focus is asset cash flow and revenue management, property operations, personnel management, annual budgeting, monthly financial performance narratives, and the development of policies and procedures to streamline work flows.
