Sandi has over thirteen years of broad accounting experience in the real estate industry, including six years as the Commercial Portfolio Controller for Hall Equities Group. She rejoined the company in 2017 as the Construction Accounting Manager.

In her current role, Sandi is responsible for all accounting functions related to construction projects and acts as a liaison between financing and the construction group. Her primary responsibilities include project budget reporting, maintaining subcontracts, and ensuring the accuracy of all job costs. Her work entails issuing purchase and change orders, reviewing and processing AIA invoices, billing clients, tracking insurance, collecting lien waivers, and preparing work-in-progress reports for multiple projects. Sandi also handles financial reporting for a small group of industrial, retail, and office properties in the Property Management portfolio.
