- In 1998, Hall Equities Group purchased an 8.4-acre site in Walnut Creek’s Shadelands Business Park consisting of an 84,000 SF vacant credit card processing center.
- The site was sub-divided to split off a separate 3.2-acre parcel, which was entitled by Hall Equities Group for a 45,000 SF modern medical office and surgery center.
- Hall Equities Group sold the building to Muir Orthopaedic Group after completing construction.
