New office/retail redevelopment project on the site's northern parcel is underway in downtown Walnut Creek at the intersection of South California and Olympic Boulevards. The project consists of a new two story 13,150 SF office building to be occupied by Charles Schwab and a 4,500 SF retail building featuring The Habit Burger Grill. The redevelopment also includes covered parking with a loggia roof and improvements to adjacent Alma Park including a new walkway at the park entrance.
