Located just 14 miles north of Olympia Washington at the gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, Shelton Hills will become the regions first master planned community.

With one mile of US Highway 101 frontage, Shelton Hills will become the premier employment, shopping and housing location for the Mason County area. Entitlements are currently underway for over 700 acres of retail, a business park, residential development, and city parklands.
