Located in the heart of California's Central Valley and serving a Trade Area of approximately 300,000 residents, Monte Vista Crossings is the region's dominant retail destination.

Ideally situated on Highway 99, the project is anchored by retail giants such as Target, Home Depot, Kohl's, Safeway, Lowes Home Improvement, Borders, Bed Bath and Beyond, TJ Maxx, Ross, Starbucks, McDonalds and In-N-Out Burger.

In 2007, expansion of the center continued north of Monte Vista Avenue with the addition of Lowes Home Improvement, BevMo! and Panera Bread. In 2008, construction of an additional 7,900 SF shop building featuring Qdoba, Fantastic Sams, Yogolicious and Me-n-Eds Pizza was completed as well as a Starbucks drive-thru kiosk.

In 2009, the center's Holiday Inn Express was joined by a second hotel, the Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites. The new hotel features 81 guest rooms, a pool, spa & fitness center, complimentary breakfast and complimentary high speed internet.

Expansion of the center to the south of Kohl's is underway with openings projected in 2011. The south expansion will include more nationally recognized retailers that will further establish Monte Vista Crossings as the top shopping destination in the region.
