Entitlements have been obtained for a 122,000 SF fully enclosed self storage facility, and an associated 45,000 SF of mixed-use retail. Located in south Lacey with prominent frontage on Yelm Highway, this development is in the center of the city's recent residential housing expansion. This is the remaining portion of what began as a 75 acre mixed-use project. Earlier phases including 380 homes and a site for the region's Mormon Church have already been developed.
