New fitness center/restaurant redevelopment project located in Walnut Creek off of Highway 680 at Geary and North Main. A lease has been signed by 24 Hour Fitness to occupy a new 43,000 SF fitness center. The project also calls for a new 4,000 SF drive-thru restaurant pad adjacent to 24 Hour Fitness. The plan is currently being reviewed by the City of Walnut Creek with construction expected to commence in late 2010.
