Ms. Mannion has been a Hall Equities Group employee for over twenty-five years. Over the course of her career, Ms. Mannion has acquired extensive experience in property operation and management, lease administration, tenant improvement construction management, escrow administration, mortgage financing commitments and closings, and property accounting.

Recently, Ms. Mannion served as one of the the firm's Senior Portfolio Managers and was responsible for property management of a portion of the firm's Northern California office building portfolio.  She is now a Vice Presdient of Property Management overseeing the portfolios of Office and Industrial properties.

Nancy is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a candidate Certified Property Manager (CPM).
