Mr. Scheberies obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Scheberies oversees the property management of firm's Multi-Family, Hospitality, Retail and Self Storage portfolios.

Mr. Scheberies has twenty years of diversified real estate experience including seventeen years with Hall Equities Group, where he has served in managerial and executive positions. He is experienced in all phases of property operations, including personnel selection, training and supervision of employees and vendors, leasing, lease administration, construction management and budgeting.

Mr. Scheberies has been involved with many different industry organizations and groups during his career and has served as a Director of the California Apartment Association and President of the Rental Housing Association. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He holds the professional designation of Real Property Administrator, "RPA," and he is an IREM Certified Property Manager "CPM." Mr. Scheberies is also the qualifying officer for the firm's IREM Accredited Management Organization "AMO" designation. In addition, Mr. Scheberies has taught a course in property management at Diablo Valley College in Contra Costa County off and on for several years.
