Mr. Adams attended the University of Utah, majoring in geology. He has been actively engaged in the commercial real estate business in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. Mr. Adams was previously associated as a senior broker with the Federal Way office of Coldwell Banker Commercial. He has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2002, the top professional designation awarded by the CCIM Institute to commercial real estate professionals. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.

Mr. Adams has represented Hall Equities Group in the northwest since 2002. He joined the company as Director of the Northwest Region in December 2007 and acts as the company’s broker of record in the State of Washington. His responsibilities include all aspects of Hall Equities Group investments, developments, and management activity in the Northwest Region, which includes retail shopping centers in Everett and Bellevue, multi-family apartments in Vancouver, and existing development projects in the South Puget Sound region, including business parks, hotels, retail, apartments, and residential community developments covering 800 acres in four different projects located in Lacey and Shelton, Washington.
