Mr. Farrell began his real estate career in 1989 as a sales agent for Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco while still enrolled in college. Upon graduation, Mr. Farrell moved to Scarbrough Management Company in San Ramon as Development Manager. From there, Mr. Farrell joined Boston Market Inc. in Northern California and participated in the roll out of over 50 restaurants in just a few years. After spending 5 years with Boston Market, Mr. Farrell joined Safeway Inc. in Pleasanton where he was responsible for new store development, shopping center development and disposition of surplus properties. After a 7 year career with Safeway Inc., Mr. Farrell joined Hall Equities Group in 2004.
As Vice President-Director of Leasing for Hall Equities Group, Mr. Farrell is responsible for leasing, tenant relations, marketing and development management for the retail, office and industrial assets in the company's portfolio. He is also involved in identification of new development prospects, entitlements and acquisition/disposition activities for the company.
Mr. Farrell graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Land-Use Planning and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson (CA). |
