Investment Management
We’re trusted by a select group of private investors to organize and manage real estate investment opportunities on their behalf. Over the years, our portfolio has become diversified by asset type and geography, with a concentration of assets in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Pacific Northwest, the Great Lakes Region and the South Central United States. This diversification allows us to move investor equity across asset classes and between market areas, to meet various financial objectives.
Investment performance is at the foundation of our relationships with our private client partners. Virtually all of our shareholders are repeat investors in as many as fifty separate ventures over decades of working together.
Development
We have completed over 2.5 million square feet of real estate construction projects. From adaptive re-use of existing properties to ground up development projects, our Design and Construction Group manages all activities surrounding our investments under development, including:
- Agency Entitlements
- Project Design
- Construction Management
- Large-scale Repairs or Remodeling
- Tenant Improvements in New Buildings or Shell Spaces
Property Management
We have over forty-five years of experience managing properties on behalf of both individual and institutional clients. We provide a broad scope of property management and consulting services to our clients with a personal approach to maximizing cash flow, long term equity growth, and the physical integrity and enhancement of the asset. Our philosophy of embracing each client’s specific real estate investment objectives and our depth and experience as owners gives a high level of satisfaction and peace of mind that we manage client property as if it were our own.
We are an Accredited Management Organization with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
