Tom joined Hall Equities Group in 2004 and has since managed the design and construction of numerous successful projects for the company, including Monte Vista Crossings, Summerwalk Village, Geary Marketplace, and Centre Place North. Tom specializes in ground-up construction and has experience working with cities to enter into shared development agreements, and managing tenant expectations to ensure on-time delivery.

As a Senior Project Manager, Tom oversees all phases of ground-up construction from entitlement, design and permitting, through construction. Tom works with local agencies on entitlement and permitting, then with the architect and general contractor to expedite an efficient and cost-effective construction process.
