Reed joined Hall Equities Group in 2015, bringing more than twenty years’ experience in the development industry, with a focus on managing entitlements for a variety of projects, from mixed-use infill to large subdivision and infrastructure developments. Reed’s specialties include due diligence analysis, design coordination, project management, forward planning, and feasibility analysis. His entitlement expertise includes planning, design, and local, state, and federal government approvals.

As a Vice President of Forward Planning at Hall Equities Group, Reed manages entitlement projects for active developments located in California, Arizona, and the Midwest. He is responsible for project analysis and managing design and consulting teams to meet governmental technical requirements for land use, subdivision map, and design approvals.
