Nick has over ten years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, beginning his career in brokerage and later transitioning to the landlord and development side of the business, holding positions in leasing management. In 2016, Nick joined Hall Equities Group as the Director of Leasing.

Nick is responsible for all aspects of leasing for the company’s commercial portfolio, which includes all lease transactions for its retail, office, and industrial assets. He oversees all facets of negotiations, document preparation, and execution processes, and plays a key role in developing and implementing leasing strategies on all new acquisitions, as well as many redevelopment opportunities. He also assists in acquisitions and sourcing locations for Hall Equities Group’s newest venture, Global SportsMall.
