Ken Cheitlin is an experienced real estate lawyer with deep transactional and litigation experience covering more than thirty-five years. He joined Hall Equities Group in 2007 as its Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel. Previously, Ken acted as the primary outside counsel for Hall Equities Group and Mark Hall personally, for more than twenty years while employed by private law firm based in Northern California.

Ken retired from active daily management in company affairs in early 2014. However, he still retains a seat on the company Board of Directors. He further acts as Corporate Secretary to the firm and continues to serve as a valued adviser to the company.
