A thirty-year veteran of the real estate industry, Deborah’s experience ranges from development and property management to leasing and brokerage functions. Deborah joined Hall Equities Group in 2015 after a long association with the firm and Mark Hall. She spent the previous eight years with a national grocery store chain where she acted as a senior development officer. She has successfully entitled and developed numerous shopping centers in Northern California and Hawaii.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, Deborah is responsible for the development and implementation of strategy and execution for all active development projects of Hall Equities Group and its affiliates. Her role entails overseeing all staff involved in the entitlement and forward planning, design and construction, project management, commercial leasing, marketing, and community outreach processes.

Deborah serves on the Executive Committee for Hall Equities Group.
